Our Approach
We created Building the 001, a feature-length cinematic documentary charting the Valkyrie’s evolution from Newey’s thought experiment to rolling masterpiece.
Filming took place over three years in some of the most secure environments in the automotive world: Newey’s private design studio, Red Bull Racing HQ,
Aston Martin’s Gaydon facility, Cosworth’s engine lab, and ultra-private test tracks. From wind tunnel trials to full-scale clay models, we captured every milestone, under NDAs, restricted access, and tight, shifting timelines.
We led the full creative delivery: format development, scripting, visual storytelling, tone of voice, and multi-channel execution. Alongside the main feature, we produced a complete suite of assets: behind-the-scenes content, social trailers, photography, and cutdowns, designed to extend the film’s reach across both brands’ global platforms.
The Results
Building the 001 became a flagship for world-class branded storytelling, acclaimed by automotive media,
fans, and internal stakeholders alike. The film was praised for capturing not just the car, but the ambition, conflict, and obsessive detail behind its creation.
Red Bull and Aston Martin gained a rich content library used across launches, investor relations, and global marketing.
Most importantly, the film quietly chronicled one of the most daring collaborations in automotive history:
the making of a £2.5M road car born from F1 genius and raw engineering willpower.

The Challenge
When Ferrari came calling, Christian Horner faced a pivotal challenge: how to keep legendary F1 designer Adrian Newey creatively fulfilled, and firmly within the Red Bull Racing family.
The answer? A bold, unprecedented move: let Newey design the ultimate road-legal hypercar from scratch.
The result was Project Nebula, a confidential, multi-million-pound collaboration between Red Bull Racing and Aston Martin to build the Aston Martin Valkyrie: a 1,160 bhp V12 hybrid designed to deliver Formula 1 performance on public roads.
We were brought in to capture this extraordinary journey, securely, discreetly, and creatively, from first sketch to final delivery. Our task: to tell the inside story of a car that shouldn’t exist, across two of the most secretive brands in motorsport, under constant deadline pressure and total confidentiality.
