Our Approach
We saw an opportunity to redefine what internal recognition looks like, and treat it like premium content, not corporate admin.
Instead of using a traditional studio setup, we built a bespoke virtual stage environment, designed around the themes of innovation and collaboration. It allowed us to:
• Seamlessly blend live and pre-recorded content
• Transport audiences between global locations in real time
• Add custom moments like a virtual day-to-night transition, motion graphics, and even fireworks to celebrate the winners
We managed the full production end to end: from scripting and set design to direction and live delivery. We also coached Shell’s presenters, many appearing on camera for the first time, ensuring confidence, clarity, and on-brand delivery across the board.

The Challenge
Shell asked us to reinvent a 40-year-old internal awards show… and do it in just five weeks.
The brief: transform a legacy event into something modern, dynamic, and globally inclusive. It had to celebrate entrepreneurial partnerships, spotlight technology and innovation, and reach a truly global audience, through a blend of live presenters, real-time linkups, pre-recorded stories, and branded broadcast polish.
